Learn to Curl

Have you watched curling at the Olympics and wondered what it feels like to send a 42-pound granite stone sliding down the ice? Come find out!
The Missoula Curling Club's Learn to Curl is open to all ages and experience levels. No gear, no experience, and no special footwear required—just warm, comfortable clothes and rubber-soled shoes. In as little as 15 minutes, you'll be delivering stones, and within half an hour, you'll be playing a real game.
Cost: $20 per curler
What to wear: Warm, flexible layers and rubber-soled shoes
What we provide: All equipment, including brooms and sliders
Ages: All ages welcome. Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver on site.
Head protection: Participants under 13 are required to wear a helmet at all times while on the ice. The club has a limited number of helmets available to borrow, but please bring a bike or ice helmet if your child has one.
Bring three to five friends and we'll put you on the same sheet so you can learn and play together.
