Legacy League 2026–2027

2026–2027 Winter Session 1: Legacy League

Our first of two winter leagues runs October 31–December 19, with games on Saturday nights from 9:00 PM–midnight. The season will wrap up with playoffs on January 2.

Regular Season League Rules

  • Scoring: Teams receive 3 points for a win and 0 points for a loss. If a team is unable to play a scheduled game and cannot reschedule it, that team will forfeit the game and receive −1 league point. The game will be recorded as a 6–0 loss for the forfeiting team and a 6–0 win for the opposing team, which will receive 3 league points. Tied games are not permitted.

  • Tied Games: If a game is tied after six ends or when the game time limit is reached, a Draw to the Button (Skip-Off) will determine the winner:

    • The skip from each team who skipped the last end played will deliver one stone.

    • The team that scored the most recent point in the game will throw first.

    • The vice-skip will act as skip for each team, and sweeping is permitted. However, a vice-skip may not sweep an opponent's stone once it passes the tee line.

    • The team whose stone finishes closest to the button, while remaining in play between the hog line and the end line, will win.

    • If both stones finish out of play, each skip will deliver another stone until a winner is determined.

  • Playoff Tiebreakers: If two or more teams finish the regular season with the same number of league points, the MCC League Tiebreaker Procedure will be used to determine their final standings for playoff seeding purposes.

Sunday Fun League 2026-2027

Looking for a fun, laid-back way to spend your Sunday morning? Our Sunday Fun League is perfect for new and casual curlers looking to enjoy some friendly competition, build their skills, and connect with fellow curlers. Whether you're signing up with a full team or as an individual looking to join one, everyone is welcome!

Games are played from 9:00–10:30 AM on November 15, November 29, January 31, and February 7.

Registration: $240 per team of four or $60 per individual. Limited to 10 teams (40 curlers), with spots filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Club membership is required.

Sunday Doubles League 2026-2027

Looking for a fast-paced curling challenge? Our Sunday Doubles League offers a fun, strategic twist on traditional curling, with two-person teams and plenty of opportunities to sharpen your skills. It's a great way to get more time on the ice, try a different format, and enjoy some friendly competition!

Games are played from 10:30–11:30 AM on November 15, November 29, January 31, and February 7.

Registration: $120 per team of two or $60 per individual. Participants must register with a partner. Limited to 10 teams, with spots filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Club membership is required.
